First--do you have the restore CD?
If you do, you can put it in the CD drive and reboot your computer. The restore CD should run and it will give you options on what to do. If you want a total erase and restore, then choose that option (restore your computer to it's factory configuration). Be aware that any data you have on the hard drive will be gone. So will all your programs, so be sure you have the program disks and any serial numbers you need.
Once Windows is installed, you will have to apply all the updates and service packs to bring it up to date. Don't forget your internet security software!
This machine comes with a restore disk. All you need do is boot the machine with restore disk in drive and when you are reinstalling you can choose to format the Hard Drive, which will wipe anything that had been stored in the machine.
If your computer has a restore disk on it, only your have to do is hit F10 after boot and select the restore options provided by the sytem. If not you need a Win CD to make that operation to format and reinstall everything again on your computer
