It's possible that the driver for your keyboard needs to be updated. Most people would not know the model number of a laptop keyboard unless they had recently changed it.
Go to the device manager of your laptop and look for anything that does not appear healthy (colored icons on devices) that may be your culprit.
However, if you right-click on the HID keyboard(s) and choose update driver for each keyboard, that may solve your problem... if not, choose to uninstall the drivers. Then when the computer starts up again, it will rediscover the keyboard and reinstall the drivers automatically.
You can get to the device manager several ways, 1: Open the file explorer right-click on This PC (or Computer or My Computer) depending on which version of Windows you have, choose Manage, the device manager is included in the list of tools that come up. 2: From control panel, search for device drivers. 3: Tap the windows key or start button on the task bar and start typing Device Manager to search for it.
I'm assuming this is for the webcam built in to your monitor?
If this is the case, the solution seems to be to plug in the USB cable to provided. There is a USB port in the monitor for the webcam, so plug that in to your computer should be good to go.
Memory issue? Too many programs at start up. You can shut down what you don't want by Ctrl+alt+delete! that starts the task manager. Close all the unnecessary programs.

it was just accidentaly been resized and repositioned somewhere IF that doesnt work : press CTRL+ALT+DEL to run task
