Hi,
The keys of my motorola razor v3 (black) has stopped working, except for the on/off button.
Seems this is a common issue with this model.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks

There are a few possible solutions discussed;
Dry it out (in a warm cupboard or similar, not in the sun or on a heater).
Replace the keyboard membrane.
check the keyboard connectors to the rest of the phone - the power button has a seperate connector, so could well be the case.
If there is still a warranty on the phone, then take it back as opening it up will void the warranty.

Hi!Looks like the cable which connects the screen to the motherboard is loose. Although nothing seems to be broken, the disassembley is still required to put the cable in it's place.
If you decide to do it yourself, you can find lots of guides and videos in the net. Here is one, for example: Disassembly-Guide">http://www.scribd.com/doc/3534195/Motorola-v3-Disassembly-Guide
Hope this helps!
I had a common problem which none of my keys worked except the "off" key. I baked my phone in the oven on the lowest setting for 20-30 minutes and it works now. It is a humidity issue.
I am having the exact same problem. My phone was working fine one minute, but the next I started to have thie exact problem described by this user. I, too, charged it overnight to no avail. I had the T-mobile store plug it into their charger and even try a different bettery, again with no success.
