While my phone was apparently on, i received several calls but nothing appeared on the screen,no missed calls nothing...the phone worked again after a reset but the problem occured again later on.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

You can't post conmments that contain an email address.
You maybe need to "turn on the phone", as they would call it. But actually, you just go to Start->Settings->System->Phone and it will ask you to turn on the phone. You just yes.

this number is on the service providers list of crank calls and is generated by a computer
It has been reported many times but it appears that nothing can be done
if you have a mobile you can block that number so you do not receive the call
if you have a landline phone call your service provider and ask that the number be blocked to your phone
You apparently have unheard messages on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. This system records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.
If you've never received a call at all, this first message may just be a welcome message from your telephone company.
On many phones, hit the MENU key; a menu reading MEDIA CENTER/MESSAGING/ CONTACTS/EMAIL/...RECENT CALLS should appear.
Use the UP and Down Arrows to go to RECENT CALLS. Hit the Ok (enter) key.
Another menu will appear that reads MISSED/RECEIVED/DIALED...
Use the UP and DOWN arrows to go to RECEIVED.
Hit the OK (enter) key, and you will see a listing of "who" called you.
If your cell phone is not so-equipped, contact the cell phone provider and ask for a listing of all incoming calls.

You have 2 identical numbers save from your phone book. check carefully each numbers you have just save, coz your phone cant show which name to appear every time you have a call. If the problem still persist check the phone contact, and check the settings. try to check if your using both phone memory and sim card memory at once. Just select only one if phone memory or sim card memory to use as phone book storage. thanks
I am having a problem in incoming calls, there is red cross(inside red circle) appeared on my main screen of my mobile E52. The incoming calls appeared in received call but i cann't receive my incoming calls. If you have the solution please let me know
Cause:- Call logging is not enabled for the Message list.
Ensure call logging is enabled from the Phone application Options menu.
1) From the Home screen, open the Phone application.
2) Display the menu and select Options.
3) Select Call Logging.
4) In the Show these call log types in message list field, select the type of call log to be displayed in the messages list.
5) Display the menu and select Save.

apparently you damaged your flex cable that connects the main board to the lcd - hence your calls work , but nothing on screen - to repair it costs - $25-40
It appears that you have other programs running in the background and haven't been closed. To check this keep the menu button pressed for about 2-3 seconds and the phone will show the programs running in the background. If there are more than 1 close the others that's it. also check the date and time on your phone and update it if it isn't current.
