I can't make phone calls and can't find the packet8 web site to log into my account, started just minutes ago
Can't find the information on the website either. It appears that packet 8 has packed up and going home.
They are owned by the 8x8 inc. They still appear to be in business.
Give the parent company a call and see if they are still in business.

BGP510-->PC....make sure computer getting correct default gateway as u said. if so, go to command-prompt and do ping for default gateway & see whether it is pinging successfully.
if it is pinging, then go to browser settings and clear the cache, history, temp files, etc., and Try again.
- If it is not pinging successfully, then it might be DHCP issue on the device ( BGP510 ).
- you may also try to assign Static IP on the computer to access the web-interface.
