I AM ABLE TO PRINT PICTURES FROM MY NEW HP COMPUTER TO MY HP PSC 1610v All-in-One PRINTER. HOWEVER I CANNOT SCAN TO MY COMPUTER, THE PRINTER WILL SAY THAT I CANNOT SCAN. WHY IS THAT, WHEN I COULD SCAN FINE WITH MY OLD COMPUTER.
New Computer is it? Vista- yes? Big troubles with drivers for scanners from vista. Scanners have a built in processor that runs all its operations on command from the computer. Vista is not speaking the same language the scanner wants to hear. Got onto HP tech support- I don't hold out much hope for you re this.

CAN NOT SCAN FROM PRINTER TO COMPUTER
i had this printer while i was using xp, now i am on vista..he can print,but when i try to scan hit says - hp cue,scanning flow component has stopped working. what to do?
Everything works on the all in one printer but not the scanner to computer ability what can I do? Leora [email protected]
Have HP All in One printer & scanner "Say I need to run or install devices". Have tried downloading software and googled it, No luck! Can anybody help?
