Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional With Servise Pack 2 (e8503040) for PC
Hi I tried to remove the Yahoo tool bar from my computer but from some reason I get the "Error 1719: The Windows Installer service could not be accessed". This is this is the first time I am trying to remove a program from this windows XP. I did it on the computer I had before this and no problem. Does anyone no why this Error 1719 is showing?"
If you are unable to remove the yahoo toolbar from add/remove programmes, you can remove it from internet explorer by clicking on tools and then manage add-ons,enable or disable add-ons, then add ons currently loaded in internet explorer window pops up, highlight yahoo toolbar and in the bottom left hand corner, select disable and click ok. close internet explorer down and open it up again and it should now not show.
