Hello jean ,
I found a Vista 64-bit driver here : http://www.omegadrivers.net/index.php?option=com_phocadownload&view=file&id=14:nvidia-omega-drivers-1.169.25&Itemid=97
Windows 7 should follow soon but you could give this one a try first .

From http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20101004114432AAwvDB7

ASUS V9520 is the brand name for the GEForce FX5200 graphics card using the AGP x8 bus interface. The bad news is there are no official windows 7 drivers for this card. There is another way of installing drivers for this card on windows 7 and this involves downloading windows vista 32bit drivers and then manually installing them.. so first, download the vista drivers for the FX5200 from http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/winvista_x86_96.85_uk.html. Once you have downloaded this, create a folder named "fx5200" someplace easy to find on your hard drive (c:\fx5200 or similar) and copy the downloaded files there.

Next type "device manager" in the search box and click on "device manager" when it appears. Locate the "display adapter" in device manager and click on the "drivers" tab. Select "update driver" and when prompted, select "locate the drivers yourself" (however it may be worth trying the automatically locate the drivers option... windows 7 is pretty good at locating older drivers and may locate a WDDM / Windows display driver model)

If your locating the driver yourself, "browse" for the folder you made (c:\fx5200 or similar) that has the "fx5200" files. Select this folder and it will use the Vista drivers as a windows 7 surrogate driver. This should work as most Windows 7 drivers are 90% the same as vista drivers.

Note : (1) It may also be worth checking "windows 7 update" as you may find some WDDM drivers there that may be compatible with your card. (2) When using WDDM drivers - the nvidia control panel may not be available. (3) Use 32 bit drivers on a 32 bit Windows 7 system and 64 bit drivers on a 64 bit Windows 7 system.

I hope this helps!
