you cannot install arabic language like any application software you think, you need to flash/update the software that contains arabic function,because it is already included in the system program designed specifically,if you are interest to do so, i will provide the software tool,firmware with arabic language and also you need to provide tools to be needed,as well as the step by step procedure.

If you're looking for instructions on how to install another language like Arabic in your system, just follow the steps given below. I included options for two different operating system.

If you're using Windows XP please follow these steps:

1. Click Start, and then point to Control Panel.
-->In the Windows XP classic Start menu, click Start, click Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click Regional and Language Options.

3. Click the Languages tab, and then click Details under "Text Services and Input Languages".

4. Click Add under "Installed Services", and then click the language you want to add and the keyboard layout you want to use for that language.

5. To configure the settings for the Language bar, click Language Bar under "Preferences".

For Windows 7

1. Click Start, and then point to Control Panel.

2. Select Change Display Challenge under the Clock, Language, and Region Box.
--> if you're in classic view just select Regional and Language Options.

3. Now click the Keyboard and Languages tab, and click Install/Uninstall Languages.

4. You will be provided with 2 options, launch windows update or browse computer.

5. Select the 2nd option and Browse to your DVD drive and then navigate to the directory in which Language pack is in.

Just try to follow the instructions step by step and look for similar icons in the menu.

The Steps were
1.) Menu
2.) Settings
3.) Locale and text (Look for the A with the dots underneath)
4.) Select Locale (Which is the first option you will get in locale)
5.) Select English
6.) And it should be done.

It would be in the settings menu somewhere, obviously without someone who speaks Arabic it is almost impossible for how to get there. I would consult your instruction manual for how to change language and just follow the template, if you follow the steps in the manual although the language is different the steps should be the same. Or go to your closest service provider.

To change the text language:

1. Touch Wrench icon on the screen with the Magnifying Glass and Map icon
2. Touch the Gears icon
3. Touch the down arrow
4. Touch the second option from the top
5. Touch the middle blue box on right
6. Touch the up arrow until Arabic appears
7. Touch Arabic
8. Touch OK
9. Touch Back

The device should be in selected text language.

To change the voice;

1. Touch the Tool icon
2. Touch Settings
3. Touch Language
4. Touch Voice
5. Touch the Voice Language you would like to use
6. Touch 'Ok'
7. Touch and hold the Back button to return to the main "Where To" and "View Map" menu

To change the Language:

1. Tap Start Menu
2. Then tap Settings, you will find their Multilingual Support
3. Tick the "Disable Multilingual Support"
4. Close the window
5. On the same window, tap Regional Settings, then select your preferred language like English (US)
6. And make a reset.
7. Then you're good to go
