I'm trying to change the display names for each extension but when i try the **266344 a user id option pops up....not for a password. What do i do?

Try pressing the FEATURE button then, **266344. On some Norstar phone systems there is also an Admin level of programming that is useful if you only need to change the names or the time. To access Admin programming, press Feature**23646(spells admin on the dial pad). Then 23646 for password.

Norstar 7324 time change

Programming should be done from the M7310, M7324 or the T7316E set. Administration access code: Feature * * 266344 which also is Feature * * config.
If asked for a password enter 23646.

When in programming2.gif just press the next button(lower right arrow) until you see what you want to change. Then press show ( top right arrow) ,then change if you want to change it. If you pass it, just press back (lower left)
Example: To change the Time & Date Press next until you see Time & Date. Then show Then change Then change again, change it if you need to, Then next again until you see what you need to change. For example; only the hour needs to be changed for day light savings time. Just press next until you come to the Hour. Then Change it. Then press release RLs when your done.

I cant seem to programme the meridian m7324 when i put in the password **23646 it does nothing it wont even go to the password bit just freezes and does feature time out , i cant change the names or the...

I think you need to enter the password **266344 (CONFIG) first, then **23646 (ADMIN). The first is the password that gets you into programming mode and the second is the password for the programming level you want.
