My refrigerator dosen't cool or freeze

The hot piece is the compressor.the clicking is the relay trying to start the compressor.generaly when im out on a service call and the compressor is hot and relay clicking the compressor has failed internally.because if the relay was clicking but the compressor was not hot there was a chance only the relay was bad and not allowing power into the compressor.but because the compressor is hot that tells me the relay is letting the power to the compressor but the compressor cant do anything with it because it locked up and its absorbing that power getting hot and then clicking on overload you could try a relay but i don't think it will help.
