Sansa e260r will not play purchased music. It will play inported music from CD's, but when I transfer purchased yahoo music and attempt to play, the message pops up in the sansa player "syncronize to continue your music subscription"
What I have done:
1. syncronized all music
2. confirmed music subscription is current "yahoo to go"
3. reformatted Sansa e260r
