Have you tried this?
Open up Windows Media Player. Go to the options menu, and choose privacy settings.
Make sure Set Clock on Devices Automatically is checked. Then hit okay.
Close Media Player. Connect your MP3 player to the computer and reopen Media Player. That SHOULD synchronize the clock automatically.
Through the menu system on the Sansa, change your transfer setting from MTP to UMS. When you connect your Sansa, you should now see a drive in My Computer into which you can drag and drop music files.
1
Insert your memory card into your computer's reader if you
have one. If not, you can purchase a multi-format USB Memory Card reader
from Amazon.com or Buy.com
2
Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of
available drives.
3
Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right
drive.
4
In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose
'Format'.
5
Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This
is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted
to do in the first place.
6
Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and
insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to
it to make sure it works fine now.
Open Windows Media Player with the Sansa connected.
Open the Songs folder that is underneath the icon of the sansa player. Left-click a song, and hit the Delete button on your computer's keyboard.
if you have media player 10 put the cd in the computer then play the cd and they should give you an option press rip cd thenyour music will be in your libary then find it and sync it to the player.
