Is it just one game in particular? if so refer to the people who make the actual game, if its more than one game, then contact nintendo and talk about getting your system repaired, if its under warranty( one year ) you should qualify for a free repair.

You could find the manual on the internet by google. Im afraid that it's possible that it possibly broke the disc drive or the part of the drive that automatically loads and ejects the disc.
I'm with you Jordan. Mine just gave me this message for the first time last night. I'm desperate for a solution. I may try replacing the laser...less than $20 to do.
Just out of curiosity, what were you playing when you got the error? It wouldn't happen to be COD Black Ops, would it?

Have you tried unplugging the unit for about an hour then testing it again but in a different position? If that doesnot work it is most likely a laser failure and you will need to get it serviced.
