Is it just one game in particular? if so refer to the people who make the actual game, if its more than one game, then contact nintendo and talk about getting your system repaired, if its under warranty( one year ) you should qualify for a free repair.

My discs wont load

You could find the manual on the internet by google. Im afraid that it's possible that it possibly broke the disc drive or the part of the drive that automatically loads and ejects the disc.

Hello,
Have you tried unplugging the unit for about an hour then testing it again but in a different position? If that doesnot work it is most likely a laser failure and you will need to get it serviced.

I hope this helps. Good luck to you.
