Question about HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hello, I have had several problems with this printer, I have even sent it to be remanufactured and it still doesn't work. First my computer would not recognize it and then it worked for 3 print outs. Finally I put it away for about 2 years but I am very frustrated because I've only used it for like 2 months, if that. Now the computer recognizes the printer, but it flashes "check paper" button even though there is paper in the printer. I also pressed the scan button and it doesn't work. What do I do? Is it hopeless? Should I get it fixed? Where can I have it fixed?
