Set up You know when firt buy the mp3 player there is a disc to use on the computer. Well my sister lost mines how can I get another.

What is the removeable disc for

I need to set up software to new computer but lost it

If you kept the disc that came with the mp3 player just stick it in and it should be ok!!! if you dont have the disc just go to the manufacturer's website and it should have driver downloads for your type of mp3 player there. hope this helps.

Lost download disc

I couldn't find any software that could make your mp4 works, but if you have windows XP you don't need to have a Cd.
The computer by itself recognize it.
Also if you have the cable just plug it in the new computer and he will recognize it if it is windows XP. but if you have Windows Vista you will have to buy the Disc.

I JUST GOT THIS MP3 PLAYER TODAY, MINE DID COME WITH A MANUAL,DID YOURS.. I BELIEVE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO LEAVE IT OFF AND PLUGGED IN TO CHARGE. I ALSO WAS HAVING DIFICULTIES GETTING MUSIC TO IT. I HAD TO OPEN THE FILE ON THE DISC WHERE IT WAS LOCATED MINE IS CALLED REMOVABLE DISC G, I AM USING WINDOWS VISTA. RIGHT CLICK ON THE NAME AND A LIST OF OPTIONS APPEARS, 1 OF THEM SAYS FORMAT .CLICK ON THAT YOU WILL GET A WARNING MESSAGE BUT CONTINUE ANYWAY AND THEN USE A PROGRAM LIKE WINDOWS MEDIA TO SYNC MUSIC TO YOUR DEVICE, OR IF PREFERRED YOU CAN COPY/PASTE OR DRAG/DROP. My delstar mp3 player model DS3512

The disk you used the first time should still have a copy on file in your computer. Look for AMV Converter; AMV Player; Media Manager; MP3 Player Disk Manager; MP3 Player Upgrade Tool; Uninstall. My little booklet said I didn't need the drivers on the disk but I wanted to know more about the machine than what I could get from the horrible english version of the booklet. I bought the extended warrenty for mine.

Last resort: Click on the UPGRADE TOOL and when you get to the companies website for the download, switch to the: contact us email, if you registered your machine for the warrenty they may let you purchase a replacement disk.

I Kinda Lost the Installation Disk...

i was out of town and wanted to add some music to mine ... just plugged it in to the usb port (using a usb for mu sister's slvr phone :) ) and it worked without any software!!
