Need disk to download on new computer

We got a new computer and i cant find the disk that came with camera so i can install it on new one. how do i go about getting a new disk so i can use my camera again to put pics on my pic file?

thanks but you know i finally just plugged the download cord in and tried it and it worked. I just assumed it needed the disk but it didnt. so thanks alot.

I had to get my computer worked on and have new operating system as well. I have this camera and I cannot find the disk to install on my computer so I cannot get the pictures off my camera and give myself the ability to take new pictures.

I have the cd but this a bit scratched .. not even tried to install to see if we are able. then I say something,,,, angela email [email protected]

Hi Jason,

You can download the installation software from manufacturer's website by clicking this link

On the page which opens, select the operating system of your computer from the drop-down list (Windows Xp/ Vista..) and download the software.

My son broke the disk to instale the soft wear on the computer now we cant donlaod the pics what do we do

buy the same camera, install the program, put the disk back in the box and return the camera (say it's not compatible with your computer). problem solved

Cant get my computer to reconize my polaroid PDC 1100

Normally this is caused by not having installed the driver for the camera, the driver is located on the software disk that came with your camera, once installed the computer will recognize your camera, if you do not have the disk, try looking on the web in the manufacturers site in the support section to see if there is a driver download for your camera.

I don't think you need the disk, this is a hardware connection issue, not a sofware issue so we can take some troubleshooting steps to try to get your images downloaded. I will just need a bit more information from you.

Cant download camera

I am assuming a windows based OS of some sort. Check under "my computer" to see if a new icon appears when you plug in the camera, your pictures should be somewhere there. Drag and drop them to your computer. Also ensure the drivers are properly installed by running the install disk that came with the camera.
