I have had this printer for over a year and am not able to set it up to print directly from the internet. I am using XP Home SP2 with IE7. I have a router set up to ATT Yahoo! DSL. When I try and print a form like from the gas and electric company or a website I wish to copy information.. I get a blank page. I need help setting it up properly. Something is really wrong and I need it to print the full forms for rebates and such on the web. Thank you ... KJRose
Web pages do have a printable version, what I mean is that there are web pages that are not printable and that?s why you get a blank page when you print directly from the website, nothing is wrong with your printer if that?s the only problem, you have to look for the link that?s say print version, then use it. If the link is not there, just an extra task of coping the web page to word then print is, this has to work for you because I had the same problem an I nearly destroyed my printer trying to fix it, so never fix something that is working

LOL I went to HP customer care and ran my printer through the ringer with them. The printing of the color situation and webpages had to do with a faulty color cartridge. Since it was recently installed and had the lot number, the date and all they are sending me a new one that should be here in a day or so. I got one from the store installed it and voila! It's now printing all the color and everything so that I am able to print the forms from the electric company and everything... Thank you so much for the advice Phet. :)
