Unless it was an extended warranty, you are not suppose to get anything back from the company, but you must keep the original bill of sale to prove when you purchased the unit in case you need service while it is still under the warranty.

White band from top yo bottom of screen

Good luck with this. If it is under warranty, Sharp will take forever to do anything about it. I had this issue and Sharp wanted pictures of the problem, Pictures of the serial and model number and the receipt. I sent it to them 6 months ago and never heard anything back. If it is not under warranty, this is a major repair and it may cost more than a new television.

The mic boom on my PX21 headset is too loose and will not stay in position any more. I have only owned the headset for about 3 months, but I didn't use it for the first month and it started about 1 month...

Well, if you don't want to send in the headset for warranty repair, your solutions are rather limited. With that in mind, any solutions will probably be sub-par, compared to getting a new headset.
Anyways, you could try to MacGyver it a little bit. I've had this problem before, and it was solved nicely by a little bit of glue from a hot-glue gun. The only problem is that if you ever need to move it, you have to re-glue it.
Alternatively, some thin metal wiring could be wrapped around the mic and the headband and used to support it.
Honestly, your best bet is the warranty service. Sorry about that. Try the hot-glue though, worked great for me.
Good luck!

Have a sony ericsson w580i and all the keys are cracked as well as the # key no longer works. Can I get my phone replaced since this is a manufacture defect?

this happened to me as well - about 2 months after i'd gotten the phone. i called the store where i bought it and they said it was happening to others and the manufacturer would replace it under the one year warranty. the store gave me the phone number (which i no longer have, or i would share it with you). i called and had a new phone w/in days. they sent a pre-paid label for me to send the defective phone back. i took the new phone back to the store before mailing back the old one and they transfered all my info (contacts, etc). any ringtones or games are lost w/the new phone though. i've had the replacement phone for 6 months and no problem w/keys cracking.

Can't Get Into My Facebook

I had this problem 4 weeks ago, and I emailed [email protected] (or [email protected], can't remember) and they got back to me 2 weeks after with a really nice reply, and sorted it out for me. Put my account back to normal, and gave me a new password.
They were absolutely lovely, and when I emailed them back to say thanks they even sent me another email saying 'no problem'.
Just email them and be patient :)
Don't worry.
