So when you turned it off and tried restarting, did it not turn over? Is that why you replaced the starter? More info..or does the engine crank over but will not start?
Are they any codes? check engine on dash light on. Depending on car some time cold start no problems but hot starts look at the CTS for be confused ( shows the computer its cold when in fact its not.
Go to your nearest Auto Zone store and
have them put their computer on your vehicle, to see what code comes
up (IT FREE). They should let you know what the problem it...if
not....let me know what the code is and I will let you know what is

Try pressing the ESC button during start up this will give you the option of going into safe mode from where you can reset your operating system to a previous time
