I lost my remote for the DVD Vhs Dual Deck V2000 , what is the code to set up a universal remote?

I just programmed my comcast remote for my Samsung v1000, My comcast remote is very similar to the 3-in-1, but has a few more buttons on it (on the Comcast site, my remote looks like the DVR 3 remote, but I don't have a DVR). The code I used was 21044.

By using this code, the play/stop/rewind/ff buttons all work. I didn't test the record button. The Info button worked as "Display" and Exit button to work as Audio Source (HiFi/Mono). However, the Volume and Channel controls did not work.

This problems it is could not be happening,because the the VHS tape recording and the DVD recording functions are in the same circuitries.If u can do one way coppying,u should be able to do the reverse coppy the other way.Check ur onwner manual about this product.This unit might just a DVD and VCR player,than u can only copying form DVD to VCR not the reverse.U must have to have a DVD and VCR Recorder player to do both way.
