I have tried resetting it as the manual says but it doesn't work, please help
Can you tell me what the manual says about the code? It doesn't have to be word for word just the idea. Different machines have different codes. If you can open the door give me the full model number as well. Thanks.

If the water is pumping out fine you may need new shocks. But if it is slow pump the shaft on the pump is loose and causing the noise and possibly the spin issue. If it is loud when it does go into a spin (sounds like a jet engine) you have bad bearings. Big bucks to fix.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
I would gently suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor/pump lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to rinse or spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Here are my complete and generic guidance notes for checking both the drain motor filter and the drain motor ;-0)
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!). These panels are either held on by (plasic) screws or will just pull off. Most filters are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play.
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT (alternatively use a wet vac as sensibly suggested by VinnyB1234!)
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. Using something suitable like a glove see if it is easy to briefly slow the motor down. If it is easy then the motor is malfunctioning.
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

SOURCE: I am getting a Sud code and then an F35 error on
The F35 error code indicates an analog pressure sensor error. The analog pressure sensor is the component that detects water level in the washer tub. This error can usually be cleared but it will occur again if the main control board still detects a problem with the signal from the analog pressure sensor. This error code can be caused by a problem with the air pressure tube between the bottom of the washer tub and the analog pressure sensor. If you are able to unplug the washer and check this air pressure tube, you may be able to resolve this problem.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Sorry but you have not mentioned whether you were able to check the function of the drain motor itself- it could be blocked/jammed which would account for the machine not stopping (still trying to drain but being unsuccessful). Soaked clothes take ages to dry in a dryer!
Following are my complete and hopefully 'coverall' pre-typed guidance notes for checking both the drain motor filter and the drain motor ;-0)

Ok hot water being still there and not draining is a clog in your drain line or pump issue. I have not yet brought up the schematic to your unit but on some units there is a clean out filter located down the bottom in which you would clean out the filter careful water does come out when you unscrew the filter on other models that do not have the filter door you would remove the lower panel on the front which would give you access to the pump and the drain lines as well even though if you do find items in the filter you still need to disconnect the drain lines going to and leaving from the pump to assure that nothing is blocking or clogging the flow of water. Im glad you replyed about the hot water still being on the inside definite clog in the drain line or pump or filter issue. If you have any further questions message me back. I await your reply Thanks

It says its an electrical module fault and to press the reset button, but this didn't work. The full model number is 13A12NC.8592 013 15010 Thanx
Lisa just give me the one that says model number with no spaces or periods. Should be on a tag on inside of door.
I mean give it to me with no spaces or periods. Even though there may be spaces in mod # as you read it. Thanks
okay i think it is 859201315010, i think thats right, sorry my hubby was reading it to me before
I'm having no luck. Is this a front load whirlpool?
The model number should begin with a wfw or similar.
if that means the door is on the front then yes :\
Sorry yes front loading is door on front as opposed to top loading lid on top. Can you tell me what it did exactly? I know you may not know because likely you weren't standing there when it stoppped, but it happens.
i put my daughters coat on the wash (she's only 3 so not a big or heavy coat) and it started but after a couple of secs stopped with this error, the coat didn't even got wet
Okay most front loaders need a full mixed load to wash properly. A single or just a few items messes with it's sensors for reasons unknown to us mere mortals. So that probably caused the error code. Try adding more items or running it empty. If error code persists so that machine won't restart let me know.
i've tried using the rinse and spin option with it empty and it still wont start. i will have to leave it until morning to run a full load cos everyone's asleep now, thank you tho
Unplug it till morning then perhaps that will reset it.
okay i will give it a go in the morning and let you know, thanx
no it didn't work :(
Sorry to here that. I have two questions. 1. Who manufactured the machine? ie.,Whirlpool, samsung, GE? 2. Have you ever checked the drain pump hose and/or basket for foreign objects?
Whirlpool manufactured it. When i cleaned the filter i had to empty the water first through a hose, would that be the drain pump hose? Where would i find the basket for foreign objects? Is that the filter?
Yes the filter is the basket. Did you get much out of it? Did you check the hose behind it, as well?
no i haven't checked the hose behind i will check it tomorrow when my hubby is here to pull it out. The filter was quite clean, i was quite supprised at how clean it was
Make sure the impeller on the pump is not jambed while you have it off. Good luck.
um okay, will i know what you mean when i see it? Thank you very much for all your help, fingers crossed this will work
You will know, just look in the hole the hose covers. The impeller should turn in in half turn increments and not feel gritty and it should run straight if it feels or looks cocked to the side a little it will have to be replaced.
