Re: My mp3 player on the motorola L7
Some song formats aren't supported by some MP3 players. You can convert those songs that aren't compatible by using one of the loads of audio converters available online. Use a search engine to find the software that best fits your needs and you should be up and running in no time.

I found out a couple things on this. 1) try their web site, it helps. 2) you need 3 folders on your micro sd a) my_music b) my_pix c) my_flix. Their web page has the WRONG NAME...so use the ones above. Drag and drop the MP3's directly into this folder - DO NO PUT ALBUM FOLDERS in there, it doesn't work.
The Sansa is unfortunatley one huge mess up the programming has failed its working on a database with only 4 levels but for grphics and songs you need at least 7 lhopefully you can return it and get another if not you can try putting another type of chip hopefully that will work
I have found that mine didn't recognize songs if the name of the song was too long. Try going into Windows explorer (with the micro sd card in the computer) and rename at least one of the songs as a test. If that song is recognized by the phone, go back and shorten the names on the rest of the card. Good luck!
