Question about HP DeskJet 695c InkJet Printer

HP Deskjet 695c

Hi, I am not able switch on my HP Deskjet 695c printer which I require urgently. The P/S supply is ok. The front panel light is not glowing. I suspect the problem is with the board. Is there any trouble shooting manual for the board, with voltage marking ? Thanks Siva

Are you sure the power supply is ok? If your sure the printer is dead, your best bet would be to replace it. I would cost to much to get it fixed. There isnt a way for you repair the board. You could send it out for warranty repair. By the time you get it back (or if you get it back) a new generation of printers will have come out. Take it a computer repair shop and have them test the power supply first. If it's good, get a quote for repairs on the printer.

Cannot print to lpt2, do i want to try again or cancel.

I needed to assign it to LPT1, even though there is another printer at that port. there is only one port on the computer for a printer.

try taking the cartridge out and putting it back in. sometimes this makes the printer think you have changed the cartridge and it works.
