My footrest will only go in the down position, the buttons at the side to alter it seem to have no resistance any more? Any ideas how to fix it?

Hi Helen

On the underside of the U bar on the chassis you will find a manufacturing label which will show the date of manufacture. We would need to confirm the year model Quinny Buzz that you have to be able to ensure the correct bolts are supplied.

My Quinny Buzz has just been broken by the airline I flew with.., the foot stand as been completley snapped. The airline will only compensate for it if I can get proof from a repair shop that it is...

Good Afternoon

It is not unrepairable by an authorised Quinny engineer if it is the footrest that has been broken. We can replace the sub seat (seat frame) of the pushchair at charge and the airline can be billed for this. Do you normally reside in the UK? While we cannot assist while you are overseas if you are a UK resident please e-mail to [email protected] with full details and photographs and we can assist.

There is only one set of adaptors for the Quinny Buzz which are used to attach the Maxi Cosi Pebble or Maxi Cosi CabrioFix carseat and the Quinny Dreami prambody in place. Put them in either side of the chassis according to the Left and Right indicators inside the adaptors and on the chassis. If the product is under 2 years old you need to return to your retailer with proof of purchase for a replacement sub seat to be ordered to resolve the issue with the footrest not staying in position.

Replacement footrest

What brand is it? Look up that company online or contact them by phone. Most companies should have replacement parts available if the stroller isn't too old. Good luck!

Quinny buzz footrest

Hi just today i tried fix that. i opened lock parts. there are parts which are broken. no chance to fix that you need to change all frame. otherwise use screw and screw thru plastic parts to be in one position for good.
