AVH-P6600DVD I installed my AVH-P6600DVD and i programed all my favorite radio stations. when i turn my truck off and turn it back on my programed radio stations are gone. Its like they were programed in the radios memory what did i do???

on the back end of the deck there are a series of wire thats attached to a push-in plug.you will find:
plain yellow-wich goes to permanent live(12-14v)
red -wich allso goes to permanent live(12-14v)
black-wich goes to ground/earth
light green-wich goes to ground/earth
blue and white-wich goes to the ignition wire of your vehicle(remote)
2 x green(rear speakers)
2 x purple(rear speakers)
2 x white(front speakers)
2 x grey(front speakers)

sometimes the laser gets dirty- to clean the laser your radio will have to be dismantled( not an easy job for your head unit) then put some computer disk head cleaner on a no lint shami and VERY gently clean laser eye
There are several surface mount fuses and the flexible pcb is also a suspect, don't attempt to repair this unit yourself unless you have experience if not you will end up doing more harm than good.
