I bought my father a logitech Stx for Father's Day. He installed it according to the directions using the enclosed disc. when he tries to initate a video call he can hear and see me but I can't hear or see him? Any suggestions? I'm not sure what steps he's tried to use to solve the problem?

I'm using a logitech eyetoy from my son's playstation. I downloaded the software from the internet. I haven't had any problems when viewing with other friends. I will see if he has run the test mode. Thanks for the suggestion.

What program are you using to video ith your Father? There is usually a test mode which helps with setup problems.
