It charges up fine, but if I try to add or delete any material, the entire thing will turn itself of and restart. I've restarted the computer and I've tried changing the material using RealPlayer and Windows Media Player. The only things I can add now are videos through the Media Converter. I'm tired of swearing at the dang thing; if anyone can post some advice, I'll be very grateful.
