Cafe Nero turns on, but will not make coffee

Hey Folks.... We have a BC0264. Went to make coffee the other morning, but nothing! Yes, we did put water in it! Turned it on, but no water pumped through the filter. Also, the warmer plate never heated up. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks... Mike D.

I have the exact same problem with the same coffee maker. Have you found anything out?

My machine is one year and 1 month old and it has the same problem. When you fill it up and turn it on, light comes on but nothing happens.

This very same thing, happened to me today. I made a pot just fine yesterday, and today, it won't do anything but light up. Anyone found a resolution yet?

Yes, I had the same problem this morning. It turns on but will not make coffee and warmer plate does not heat up either.

Currently replaced heating element - still not working. Now going to check with a meter. $225 is a lot of $$$ to just throw it away. Very frustrating. will post results back

I have the same issue with my coffee maker/espresso BCO264...lights come on, but no drip to the coffee maker side. Heating element does not work..but Espresso side is ok.
When I called DeLonghi they said "seems electrical"...but would not discuss further.
I have opened up the machine and can't see a fuse burned out...or any indicators of issues. I have not put a meter on it to see...
Have you gotten other answers or had yours fixed? If so, can you share info???

Thanks
Nate

I understand this unit has a fuse inside that blows out. I cannot confirm this as I need to find a special screwdriver to open it. I'll post back my results if possible.
