Re: how to use the scanner sofware?
Here's the link to the user manual for the copier (it says ar122 and ar152 on the front, but it is the same manual, read it as if you had a AR 122E);
Check this link for basic info on Sharpdesk;
If you open sharpdesk, select the help menu there should be "about sharpdesk" at the bottom - this should tell you which version of sharpdesk your office is running.
Check this link for the user manuals for most versions of the Sharpdesk program;
Hope this helps, please ask again if you have any questions :)

You have to get 64-bit Windows 7 drivers for your printer and other accessories, and many programs have a 64-bit version also. Did you download the 64-bit Windows 7 version from Kodak? That's the one you need. PlanetAMD64.com has good information for you and many drivers listed. http://www.planetamd64.com/index.php?s=555a2f221ca0b5d3acc03584dd3cb2f1&
scanners should be automatically detected by Windows and a generic driver put in place if the original isnt present, first plug the scanner into the pc tower, the pc should find it, then turn on the power for the scanner(plug it in to the wall first)..if it came with software use it now, there will be a bunch of Apps on the disk, you dont need those, what you need is the driver, and the acctual program (sofware) for using the scanner(the rest is like spam, its mostly demos and such)..this should cover it..its very simple to do and Im sure youll have no trouble, good luck Jon
Cameras come with a software disk. This is not needed. When a camera is plugged in to the computer and switched to the 'Upload' mode The computer will simply see it as anotherremoablestorage drive. The Camera /Scanner Wizard will be displayed asking you what to do next and giving you several options. You really do not have to underestand or think about anything Windows does that.
