Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
How do you sent an SMS message to multiple recipients on the iPhone?
Simply use the plus (+) botton on the upper right corner where the To is to send multiple messages.

I haven't figure out a way to sms multiple recipients at once, but I was able to email to multiple contacts. Just keep pressing the blue "X" next to the "To" column. Each time you press it, it will bring you to your list of contacts to add an additional person to the "To" column of the email. I found it in a forum and it seem to work fine. Its too bad they didn't think about making this option on sms, or maybe I am wrong and there is an option...

When ever i send sms, it will be forwarded to another party without adding the receipent. I suspect he invaded my SIM card. I think there is a software to do that, when you send an sms to your friend the third party will also receive it. This is invading of ones pravicy. How can i solve the problem? Is change SIM card and number the only way?

SOURCE: SMS on iPhone
To send sms to multiple recipients, tap the 'To' line and hit the '+' button to add your first recipient, then repeat for each additional recipient.
Haven't been able to forward any sms, think it's an issue with the i phone - waiting for a suitable app or upgrade solution from apple.

SOURCE: Unable to forward the sms
You can create and send one message to the group, adding them one at a time. Then you can create a new message from within the stored SMS conversation anytime you want to message everyone in that group. Its a bit strange but seems the only way at this point
