Re:
One option is try choosing a different type for your password...i've had the same
error before and what i did was to change the password type e.g. from wpa
aes-tkip to wpa-aes passphrase (this option will appear during your wii
internet connection set-up as you would probably know by now) and
everything right after started to fall in place perfectly, just try what password type will work for you...my wii
started connecting to my router and never had the same error code ever
since.
I have been having the same problem as well with my Wii while trying to connect to my wireless router. I hope to share my experiences with all. Somehow or rather the wii only accepts wireless G bandwidth. If you have encountered any error, please refer to your user manual for the reference. Most of the time, its the inbuilt firewall of the router that is blocking the wii from connecting to the internet. There are some workaround to it.
You may wish to manual config the settings of the internet connection. You will need to acquire a few things from your ISP, 1) the proxy address and port number 2) MRU Number. for MRU number, its a number from 0-1500, this can only be acquired from your ISP. Tell them u need it to configure your third party router. they are more than willing to give it to you. For users that are based in singapore, the mru number for singnet is 1492, using proxy2.singnet.com.sg port 8080. hope these helps.

This was the information on error code 51330 on Nintendo.com
Error Code: 51330
Unable to connect to your wireless network
Likely cause: It appears that the password (also known as a WPA or WEP key) entered into the Wii console is not the same as what your wireless router is set to allow.
How to fix: Make sure the password is entered into the Wii exactly as it appears in your router's settings. Security keys are case sensitive.
The error 51330 normally means that the password or WEP key you entered to connect to the internet through the Wii did not match the one the wireless router needs to allow connection. If you don't know the password, check to bottom of your router, it will usually have a sticker on the bottom with the standard password on it. This can also be marked as WEP key or WPA key. Enter that password exactly as it appears there, as it is case sensitive.
If the password is correct and the problem still exists, try turning your router off, waiting 30 seconds to a minute, then turning it back on. Let it set itself up again, this will usually take a minute or two, then try connecting your Wii to the internet again.
If the problem continues, try altering your routers wireless channel setting. As most routers work on channel 6 by default, there could be interference. This process is different for each router.
Hi there!
Error code 51330 on the Wii means that the password you entered into the Wii to set up your internet was entered incorrectly. You will need to go back into your internet connections settings menu on your Wii and enter the correct password/security key for your router. Please remember the security key is case sensitive. Hope this helps!
There are a few different solutions for this problem.
First, try simply resetting your wireless router. If that doesn't work, try changing your router's settings so that it broadcasts on channel 11.
beyond that, you can find a few more solutions to the problem in this thread: http://www.wiichat.com/nintendo-wii-online/5465-wifi-error-51330-a.html
good luck!
It's a problem with your internet connection. It could be as simple as
mis-typing on of the settings, i.e. the SSID. Otherwise try changing
this channel your router broadcasts on to 1 or 11. It worked for me.
Check out

details about your router. Or http://www.wiierrorcodes.com/wii-error-51300-51399.php for more details on the error number.
try to double check and make sure you've inputted the correct type of password when setting up the internet connection for your wii.i've had the same error code before, and after changing my password setting to wpa-aes passphrase, ergo everything started working perfectly,my wii started connecting to my router and has been working fine ever since.
