Hi guys,
I have an epson all in one computer bought second hand without a remote contro and has been working fine, the model as far as i can make out is 730-d2025
This unit is now giving a problem, after switching off it wont come on again and goes i belive into standby mod, the cpu fan is runing so is the power supply but no picture.
If i leave it running for some considerable time it does me a favor and comes on everything is normal until switch off. any ideas?
one more thing would it be possible to use a universal remote control with thi computer.

When it's in sleep mode all you should need to do to bring it out is hit enter on your keyboard.

Well I thougt my prayes were answerd but no such luck, but this computer will come on by its own free will, strange beasty,
when its in this standby mode or sleep mode i have 2 lights on the front panel 2nd one in from the left, the symbol above looks like some sought of propeller, never seen that b4 and the 4th from the left wich is the power on led turnes from yellow to green when all is well and the prop one goes out,
anyway i thank u for your time and trouble for your post. do you know i cant find an epson technical site where i could pose the problem. thanks again. David
