LCD Screen The phone fell, now the Screen works fine when the phone is close. When you slide it up the screen freezes and some times it erasses everything and it goes white. Is there anything I can do I have also noted that my Java memory is full but cant access any games or software that is on there does this mean that I have to reset my phone to its original settings and if so , How can i do this

You have to changes the ribbon.Take it to a technician and will be solve without lousing any of your data.

I'm not sure if a reset will solve your problem, but I can tell you how to reset it. go to the settings menu, and go to reset settings(9). and tick phone settings and say ok. that should reset any phone error.

In your case only with change your LCD is the answer to solve your problem.because the ink in the lcd was broke and formed like multiple colour line.I hope it help.

My nokia n95 screen goes on but freezes all the time and i always get a black screen. the fone is still on but the screen is just black it only comes on when i put the fone into music mode ( when i slide...

your cellphone is fine. Its the strip which needs to be replaced.
actually the strip connects the LCD and the navigation keys.
U might have noticed sometimes your navigation keys also don't work.
get your strip replaced n your cellphone will be fine again.
slide up the phone and you will see 2 screws at the top.
get these screws removed and replace the strip and also do change these screws after the repairing.

Nokia N95 LCD screen goes off/loses power when I slide it open. The screen works fine when closed but not at all when open. Has the ribbon come loose?

The problem with the LCD of your N95 is associated with the flex. This is a common problem to all flip up and slid up phones. I will advice you to take the phone to a technician for proper repair.

If everything is fine except your screen, bring it to a technician and have them check first the flex wire.

If your flex is fine then the last thing will be your LCD. have it replace

White screen on my samsung rant

There is a fix. Ok so what you wanna do is power off your Samsung rant then you take out the battery and put it back in. After that you open to the slide pad and hold down the T and Y keys then power it on while still holding the 2 keys after the Samsung logo pops up then you can let go. Keep the slide keys open while it is powering on. You can close the slide pad when your screen shows up then it should be fixed. Well hope this works for you it worked for my moms phone when she was having this problem. Note: If your phone screen freezes or turns white again just redo the process.
