if none, then it is perhaps the power board.
Look for Fuse, Blown caps and power transistors

you wont believe this.. i tested all the pico fuses, and found them to be ok..tested for voltage to the fly backs, went on the check the rest of the "power board". things like voltage regulator, resistors, any thing that might look suspicious. so far the entire board had no signs of electical shorts. this lead me to think maybe a lose solder joint (a common fault with this circuit design). WELL you mite ask how did i test all those connection joints? I guessed, well almost, using a rubber handle screw driver, i gentle tapped the major components, included the snap in terminals. seems that where i tapped the tv came to life and then died..by viewing those areas the solder was dull, with slightly discolored surface around the solder joint and easy to spot . ..."there is picture & sound" when resoldered all the pins that i suspected as defective. testing several hours now..please throughly check, clean and resolder any suspected joint. hopefully this will work for anyone with a similiar problem..

try proper jump cables and not the cheapo chinese ones ,put battery on charge for about 3 days with a trickle charger to de sulphate the plate and try again

!st make sure the is a light on your ac adapter
if not then
replace motherboard

Think it went into hibernation. Unplug from a/c adaptor, and remove the battery. Let it sit for 2 or 3 minutes, then plug in a/c adaptor and turn the unit on. It should reboot like new.

Try disconnecting the ISDN module and then cycling the power. If that doesn't work speak to your support provider about repair costs. Ultimately you may need to replace it because of its age (it might be End of Life and not available for repair)

Sorry,time to buy a new unit or use a professional A/V repair guy to take it a part(but too costly!)
