Downloading photos I have a new laptop and have installed the easy share disc but it does not seem to recognise my camera so I cannot download any photos from my camera

Make sure you install the old driver before installing the new driver. The site also provides driver installation instructions.

Use a card reader instead of your camera.

Go to Kodak.com and download an install disk for your camera model. It is free.

You can also try installing the software online by using this website www.kodak.com/go/easysharesw , once you're done make sure that the camera is turned on befor connecting to your computer.

I have installed all the software on the disc that came with the camera. Connected the camera to the laptop and the laptop will not recognise. I have photo on the camera I would like to download but cannot!

check the memory disc it might be full in which case it is best to save the pics onto your computer and then wipe the disc for room to take more pics.

what's your camera? so i can find you a driver for it. oh, i forgot but i'm not sure of this, my camera's canon, and i always open the view section and turn it on to download it on my computer.

download newest kodak software not old stuuff on cd u need it also to connect makes it easyer 6.4 verison from kodak.com ok download save to hard drive install ok dont use cd old now sucks new verison relly cool in settings tell itto trafer at full quilty ok

have you tried to get the new driver from the Sony Esupport website? and download and install throug that and see if that works? If you are having trouble finding it let me me know.
