I have installed the program erased it and installed it again plus i have focus it several times and it is still blurry

M stands for macro.this is for extreme close so dont take photos with m displayed unless extreme close

There could be several reasons.

The camera isn't focused. Adjust the focus.

The diopter is not set properly. Some cameras have a viewfinder diopter adjustment. This is similar to putting eyeglasses on the camera. Just as things will look blurry to you if you look through someone else's glasses, the viewfinder will be blurry if the diopter is not set properly for your vision. I wish I could tell you how to adjust this (or even whether your camera has it) but since you didn't bother to specify the model of your Olympus camera...

There are several possible causes for blurry pictures.
1) Camera motion. If everything is blurry, it's most likely because the camera moved while the picture was being taken. If that is a true photo of your webcam you have a focus ring around the lens that you can rotate to sharpen the image

try this steps

-make sure that the mode dial is in AUTO
-half press the shutter button and let the camera do an auto focus thing
-then full press the shutter button

if that does not work reset the unit press MENU > SET UP 2 . RESET this will restore the unit to factory settings and will not erase your pictures

then try this steps again

You would first install the cd and follow what it tells you to do as far as plugging the camera in is concerned. Then after the cd is finished installing everything, there should be a program for the camera on your desktop where you can control everything from, from focus to contrast and brightness and everything. I believe the ring around the eye moves and will focus.

The lens is out of focus or the shutter speed is too slow, to determine if this is a defect or failure, mount the camera on a tripod and use the self timer or remote cable (if you have the remote cable) to take exposures while autofocusing on a neutral colored object such as a beige item,

if they're still blurry then manually focus the camera and try again.

If they are still blurry and your Nikon has a diopter focus adjuster (this is typically in the rear next to the viewfinder where you focus your eye), set the diopter to neutral and manually focus again.

If they are still blurry, remove the lens and using a cloth dampened with high percentage or denatured alcohol, clean off contact rings since this is where the lens and the camera body communicate and transfer focus data.

If they are still blurry, then use the same cleaning method for the contact ring of the camera body.

If they are still blurry use a different lens and repeat the first two steps.

If they are still blurry then you may have a smudged and dirty sensor, this is the part which actually registers the image and should be cleaned by a professional.

If you are so brave to, you can use the cameras feature to lock the mirror and expose the sensor, this is typically only done to perform a dust cleaning using light blasts of clean air and using solvents on the sensor is dangerous.

If you choose to do so anyway, use a bright flashlight and look for anything that appears to be smudging, if it isn't apparent then your camera or lenses are likely in bad need of maintenance.

The writing is more blurry than the picture. it is not that serious while shifting 1 focus wire might be loose. 2 crt base loose. 3 dust like thing near focus wire. 4 adjust focus control fitted on eht. caution it is high voltage portion do not touch unless you know about it.call tech to do it. good luck.
