Question about Motorola Mobility L6 Cellular Phone

Cell phone probelm

I have a Motorola L6, I do not recall moving any option but suddenly I can´t hear the tones I have on it, even when the screen shows is being played, same problems in the videos there is no audio at all, but when I am setting the ring tone and select any of the same tones they work fine

Javier2670: Check to see if by accident you change the Storage Device. I have had many times the same problem and it's that we, by no intention, change the storage device or switched. Go to MY STUFF menu. Select for example SOUNDS. Hit the middle multiple bar between the BACK and GO TO options on screen (SOUNDS MENU). Select SWITCH STORAGE DEVICE and select the one device that have it all. SithPitt

take the phone to a service center and have them replace the ringer on the phone.

Motorola L6 problem


Should not be too expensive - if it under warranty send it to motorola, if not, look for a local repair shop (reputable) and they can check the speaker.
