Pushed the quick freezes button then it locked me out, I tried unplugging it to reset but nothing,
Hold the lock button for three seconds, hope that works

You probably have a defective thermostat or sensor for reading the temperature.

Hi: Does the freezer have a battery backup for the electronics? A 9v. battery in the grill down below. You won't have to remove the grill but pull a small rectangular panel to expose the battery. High end Kenmore freezers have a battery to back up the alarm. The six you see is actually supposed to be a "b" for battery most likely. L.E.D.'s are tough to tell the difference. Buy an new battery and all will be well. I hope this helps, Jeff
