there is two option trun off your mobile and remove your battry again turn if on this may fix it.
The other option is more possible to solve it you have to make master reset your mobile if there is no hardware problem this it 100% chances it will start working.
Remember to safe your all contects and messages all other thing before master reset.

It is possible that the flex connection in the phone has become loose. (seems to be a common problem with the v3's) Or worse, your camera module has gone bad. Is the unit still under warranty? Send the unit in for repair, and they should be able to resolve it quite quickly.
1) Open the back of your Razr by removing the back cover 2) You do not need to remove the battery 3) You'll notice a little gold switch below the battery on the right-hand side 4) The gold switch should be in the left position 5) Move the gold switch from the left to the right and back again to the left 6) Replace the back cover, and try your camera now.
I don't know why this worked for me, but I 18 photo remaining again.
