S710a problems I cannot turn on the phone. I charged it all day, then hit the power button and all I get is a black screen that says Sony Ericsson. Sometimes, when I turn it on I get an all white screen and that is it. If I take out the sim card it usually boots up to the main screen just fine, but says insert sim. When I put the sim card back in I have the same problem. My phone was not water damaged or dropped. I just woke up one morning and had these problems. Thanks for any help.

Same problem for me, just one day kept freezing, I'd reset it, work, freez after some time. now it just freezes. i bought a new battery, didn't seem to help. Same deal, remove the sim and goes right to the screen very fast, then put it back in and slow, and freezing.



I emailed SE, they said to master reset.. which obviously they didnt listen as I can't get it on all the way to do so, then they offered to look at it for $185... I passed.
