I have no idea what an horizontal ouput transister is nor now how to look for ESR leaks, it did reset it self last night but now its back to the same thingI have no idea what an horizontal ouput transister is nor now how to look for ESR leaks, it did reset it self last night but now its back to the same thing

You have a PIN CUSHION problem, is usually
a bad capacitor or open resistor in the
above cicuit. Check all the caps around the horizontal output transister for ESR leakage.

Likely convergence failure. Hard repair. Needs TV shop to repair. Picture will be partially hour-glass shaped and the will be multi-colored picture parts.
There is an apparatus on the back of your picture tube called a yoke. This distributes your picture on your pic tube uniformly. If this or the circuits enabling it malfunction, then you will get distortion-namely an hour glass shape.Tv has to be trouble shooted.
A temporary solution is to unplug the TV for a few minutes, remove static from the glass with your hand. It is important to unplug rather than turn off. If you have a degauss button you can also press that before unplugging. Wait several minutes or an hour. Then plug it back in. If you have Picture in Picture it may be an issue with that and to permanently solve may need a repair person. The unplugging may get you by for a few days at a time. That's at least better than an hour.
picture is starting to curve in from the sides like the shape of an hour glass.
Is the tube shot?
NO.
is it something less costly?
YES
YOUR PROBLEM is in pincushion correction circuit.call skilled tech to fix it.
it will not take much time.
good luck.
The link you posted has been deleted, so I cannot see the picture you posted. If the sides bow in like an hourglass and the red, green and blue colors are still aligned then there is a horizontal width or pincussion problem, but if the sides bow in and the 3 colors have separated and are no longer anywhere near aligned then you have a convergence problem, both of which should be serviced by someone with experience in servicing projection TV's.
If the hour glass figure is a seperation of colors that appear to be convegence mis aligned, then, the convergence ICs would be the problem.
If the picture is clear and you have a bending on the sides then the pincusion circuit in the horizontal circuit is where to look. Be careful of this circuit, it does control the high voltage.
The only way to have a board checked is to have an Authorized Service Center look at it.
It does, however, sound like there is a cold solder joint in the power supply that has gradually opened up and now is permanantly open.
Call Zenith (LG) to see who they recommend.
