When the washer is filling, water is leaking out of it.
I took the drain hose and put it out the side door of the garage, turned on the machine again and when the tub was a little more than a quarter full it discharged out the drain hose and began refilling. I then held up the drain hose to the hieght of the drain and it began leaking out of the machine again,
I really can't tell where the water is leaking, but it seems somewhere near the top of the unit.
Being the novice at washer repair that I am...I discovered that a hose from the drum to the control panel had come loose from the drum. This caused the water to leak out of the tub as it was filling. I think it is the water level sensor or whatever you call it. I removed the top of the washer and reconnected the hose to the drum. Problem solved. When you put the drain hose on the floor the water will ALWAYS drain out. When the drain is in the proper location (above the height of the tub) and the water is still leaking, if its leaking as it fills you might have a loose hose,or a cracked water inlet valve. If after the water is in the tub and its still leaking you have a bad seal.

There is an exit hose behind your washer, it has to be maintained a particular height (approx 30inches from ground) before it goes into the standpipe in the wall. The gap in the pipe should not be a tight fit. Another thing that could have occurred is that one of the pipes underneath the washer has come loose; you just have to check these things out. But plug off the mains socket first!
Your door lid has a switch that makes these functions work.First open the lid and look at the right side of it.Does it have a arm on it?If it does follow the direction where it is going to hit and now listn closely while your lifting the door up & down at this contact can you hear it click? If its not clicking or the arm is broken off the lid replace the lid switch/or the broken lid switch arm.
Vitto, the fill hose for the tub is located up on top of the tub. Its a push in and I have on occasion see them come out or loose. You are going to have to pop the top to get a look at what is going on. First there will be 4 screws on the dispensor assy. each corner. Remove them and lift the cover. Next will be the door. Remove the hinge screws not from the door, but from the body. On the other side will be 2 spacers, remove them . Now lift the door up and off the washer. The front panel will now pull out and come off the 2 clips on the bottom. You will be able to see the bottom. Now there will be two angle clips on each side holding the top down. Remove the screws, clips and the top will lift up. Now you will be able to place the door back on with out screwing it back on and close it. Start a cycle and now you will be able to observe the top hoses and bottom pump and hoses. Identify where the leak is and put this deal behind you. This is an easy gig, just take your time. Catriver.
CHECK your stand pipe hasn't fell over (the one the drain hose goes to when emptying)If not,Either the pressure switch is broke or there is a hole or split in the pressure switch rubber hose. This switch stops the water when it reaches required level.
check the height of the drain hose. if you aren't seeing a leak on the floor the drain hose might be below the height of the tub. the water always seeks the lowest level and if the hose is too low the water wwill run right out
