There is nothing in my RGB there is only one

I have done both of those with limited benefit. It seems that the red color is missing so when I adjust these I can vary the degree of yellow or blue but not introduce red.

Your problem I'm afraid is the main Printed circuit board Artie. This board is located here: http://www.remotes.com/remotes/servlet/rs?a=gmi&smodel=GT2015DV&brand_pn=APEX_GT2015DV&mode=large&uid=11834488446870 I have also seen this problem to be caused by a defective screen driver and that is part of the screen assembly and not worth the cost to replace. Good Luck

Here is the link for the user manual if you need it; http://org.downloadcenter.samsung.com/downloadfile/ContentsFile.aspx?CDSite=HQ&CttFileID=35195&CDCttType=UM&ModelType=N&ModelName=HPN5039&VPath=UM/200307/20030728185746062_00476A_0423_final.pdf Check page 38 of the pdf (page 75 of the manual) "picture automatic adjustment" and see if you get any change. Check page 22 of the pdf (page 43 of the manual) and check the colour tone settings. Unplug the set for at least 20 minutes and see if you get a change. If this doesn't help then please post back with what you found from the manual and we can try and help :)

Hello artie j, First of all, check your cables to make sure they are not defective or pulled out. Then if this is not the problem, try connecting to the other rgb connection (there are two on the back of the tv) If this does not fix the problem, let me know. Best regards, Nightdiver

My plasma picture looks green

You are proberbly using RGB leads, wich is red green blue, each colour runs through each cable, have a look at your cables maybe one is loose, or damaged. check on both ends, but the cables MAY NOT be red green and blue, but the terminals that the plug into will be.
