Need a Realteck High Definition Audo (user) manual.

attage ,
follow the mother board thorroly .try to look where the audo chip fited .write the name of the chip company.such as AD or REALTECK or ESS .It generraly fit top left corner of mother board .Write the company .and down load driver for audio.

Just example
look a m boad picture hare audio chip is realteck
so you should download the realteck driver

go to hp.com download your Conexant driver and fax modem driver for your model onto a flashdrive and install it on your laptop that way..another thing check your updates. microsoft has an audio conexant driver in the custom downloads...

i think you have realtek high definition audio drivers download it through its site

Uninstall the Roxio Creator software.
Restart your computer.
Reinstall the software.

run system restore to factory default. there is a clash in your drivers.
