I have several Sansung products and I have not had any problems with them.
I recommend you install a power surge board and plug your electronic devices into the power surge board.
As for your notebook if you have not installed a virus scanning program then you could have problems with viruses causing your notebook to fail. I suggest you install Microsoft Security Essentials from the Microsoft WEB site, it free.

Sorry to hear you're having difficulties with your DC25 All Floors. If you don't seem to have as much suction as usual, you may need to wash the filters. This should be done at least once every 3 months. You can see the correct way to do this in the video embedded below.

It's also a good idea to check for and remove anything which could be blocking the cleaner. Our online guide shows the easiest way to do this:

I don't quite understand when you said "I've lost my sim card, how to get my PUK Code?", PUK code is specific for every sim cards, so if you have lost that sim card which was blocked, I don't think you will ever need the PUK code for that sim card. But if you mean that your sim card is blocked and you are being asked for PUK Code, please follow the instructions given HERE. This is one of my "how to's" about PUK Code issue.
