That error indicates the yellow atc sensor detects a low toner concentration. Try clean atc sensor and reset value to 0.

For toner level you need to reset the values..

its indicating the waste toner full. Get clean the waste toner box and reinsert it. If problem persists then the clean/replace the waste toner sensor. Check the harness of this sensor to DC CON board.

E019
Indicates that the waste toner case is full.

Thereafter, if the waste toner case is not replaced after making a total of about 2000 prints
(A4/LTR), the machine will indicate 'E019' on the control panel; the error code can be reset
by replacing the waste toner case and then turning off and then on the power switch.
If the waste toner case is not set, the light-blocking plate will block the light between the
photosensors, causing the Waste Toner Case Full message to appear.

The copier shows an E013-0001 and "Waste Toner Full" message. The Waste Toner Bottle has been emptied and SW1 is operating properly but the code and the message are still appearing on the display.

Answer :
The counter for the Waste Toner Bottle needs to be reset back to zero in Service Mode.
Enter Service Mode level 1 by pressing * 2 8 *, select Copier > Counters > MISC, then highlight WST-TNR, press Clear - the counter will zero out.
Power off the copier, turn the copier back on, the Waste Toner Full message on the display should clear out.

Check for blockage in toner supply ,located at rear of hopper. Also is the toner ok

The cyan and magenta go into the machine through the same aperture as the yellow toner cartridge. The machine will automaticaly rotate the toner turret to the correct position when toner replacement is necessary for that particular cartridge.
