after download switch off your printer and remove your previous driver form control panel and restart your computer. and after restarting switch on the printer and install the new driver.

Go to this link and download the print driver, scan driver and smart panel drivers indicated for windows xp, Vista, Windows 7 . Click on the title of each driver and download. Then double click each file to begin install. I hope that helps.

go to samsungs own site under support for your model download the appropriate driver for vista this should be free and relativity easy try and save it as a posed to running it save in the documents folder then goto device manager and ask it to search for the driver automaticly and it should find and install it if this fails get back 2 me and i will try and help further
