Every so often on different stations I see a solid black square in the center of the screen which only allows viewing of about three inches of the screen around the edge of the large black square.Can't find the solution in the hitachi manuel.The salesman in the store said its caused by a weak signal on that station.Two things though.If the main program is espn I am watching,the commercials are viewed perfect.When espn comes back,so does the big black 20" by 20" square. Also I have an LCD tv and 3 regular flat screens and no problem when tuned to the same station..Its weird and I am told its normal by the store where I purchased it from..Help would be wonderful.....Thanks

I tried posting yesterday. I called Hitachi and the guy said: You are like the 5th person today...Hit the CC button and it will be fixed..He was right and the responder to my question was as well..Thank you
I seen this problem. On my tv the text caption was on. Check your caption mode, turn off see if problem goes away.
