The green clean light keeps blinking but the dishwasher will not start when the start/resume button is pushed. The start/resume button will blink for 2 seconds and then stop after it is pushed.
If the clean light flashes 7 times, pauses, then repeats...
When
the dishwasher doesn't sense a water temperature increase, it will
stop working and lock the functions (clean light flashes 7 times, all
buttons are non responsive). It does this as a safety in case the
element is broken and feeding electrical current into the water.
To resolve this you will have to reset the console. Do this by closing the door and press these buttons in sequence...

the lights will turn on briefly and the machine will start a diagnostic
cycle. You can press cancel or let the diagnostic cycle finish (1-2
minutes).
You should now be able to run the dishwasher as normal.
If
the issue returns, you could have a problem with the heating circuit
(ie. element, thermostat or wiring). It rarely happens but it could
also be the door switch not engaging properly when the door is closed
(slightly bend the door latch down making sure it doesn't hit the door
when you close it).

Hi Try this see if work for you. may work Canon S9000, S300, S400, i550, i560, i850, i860, i865, i9100, i9950, PIXMA iP3000 above, 1. Turn off printer 2. Hold down Resume button and press Power button. 3. Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go. 4. Press Resume button 2 times then let BOTH buttons go. 5. Green lights will flash and then stop blinking. 6. When green lights are solid, press the Resume button 4 times. 7. Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not, press the Power button once more. 8. Your printer should respond as normal.
knowing printer manufacturers I doubt they even have a sensor to detect that its full at all, they probably based on something crumby like print count. here are some instructions to reset the waste ink tank, the instructions vary so try them until one does the job :
Waste Ink Tank Reset
1: Power off printer
2: Hold Resume button then press and hold POWER, the beeper will sound once.
3: Hold POWER and release RESUME
4: Press RESUME twice, then release all buttons
5: When the indicator lights steady, press RESUME three or four times. The indicator should be orange.
6: Press Power to set data
1. Turn off printer
2. Hold down Resume button and press Power button.
3. Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go.
4. Press Resume button 2 times then let BOTH buttons go.
5. Green lights will flash and then stop blinking.
6. When green lights are solid, press the Resume button 4 times.
7. Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not, press the Power button once more.
8. Your printer should respond as normal.

push cancel or start resume the green clean light will blink after every wash cycle to tell you the dishes are clean on some you just open the door to clear it on some you push stop or cancel
Check to see how it's loaded. If something is obstructing either of the spray arms it will not start. I had this same problem and checked to see if there was something impeding the arms - I found there was. Reloaded the unit and it's running like a champ now!
This solution sounded to strange to be real but I was desperate for a solution to the orange light blinking 7 times and getting NO response from the printer whatsoever. It actually worked!
Turn off printer

close the door and to cancel that just press hi temp and hetaer dry again hi temp and heater dry and all the lights is gonna light up, it getting into test mode.
After that press cancel
Now get somebody to replace the thermistor of your machine
