Question about Samsung SGH-D900 Cellular Phone

Usb cable and studio 301 samsung d900

I am having trouble downloading studio 301 on my pc it will let me put the usb cable info and picturing but thats it wont let put anything else on so i can take mp3 songs off my pc can any1 help

    same problem but when i try and download it alwaos shows this error.

Menu/phone settings/usb settings/mass storage The computer will then see the phone as a external drive and you can transfer files to/from, delete etc as you would any other external drive. David

Ive tried installing the samsung PC studio disc on laptop so i can upload my pictures from phone it wont load ????
You have the option to make it work like a mass storage device. Once you plugged the USB cable on the phone, instead of PC studio, use mass storage. You can then browse the memory card like a thumb drive.

You still also have one option. Remove the microSD card and then insert it into a card adapter. And then finally, insert it to a card reader on your laptop.

Usb not recognized
you can try this. install pc studio, and then connect your mobile...it should automatically install the drivers..but if that is what you have done then you can try updating the PC studio software.

you can use usb cable or card reader for memory card files to upload pics to your pc.

if you want to use usb, you need to install samsung pc studio first, before you can use the usb. All samsung phones has package installer cd, usb and other accessories.

If not, check whether when you connect the usb cable to the phone, the option selected is "PC Studio" in the phone
